Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us, in it’s  original unused & unworn condition* within 7 days of receipt. We will refund exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. If we cannot offer exchange you can select another product to the value or accept a refund.

Procedures.

Return in store.

Simply Bring the item and order receipt along to our store in Adare, Co Limerick. You can exchange or return for a full refund (processed Via Original payment method).

All returns should be processed within 7 working days. If you do not hear from us within this time frame then please track your item and if it shows that it was received then please contact our customer care team as there may be a reason we could not contact you or an issue with the return.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

*Note: Strictly NO RETURN on Earrings – for Hygiene reasons.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
